Supreme Court Victory: Dr Ottah Congratulates Ododo
A former Director General Protocol to former Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi State, Dr Gabriel Ottah, has congratulated Kogi State Governor, Ahmed Usman Ododo, on his affirmation by the Supreme Court as the duly elected Governor of Kogi State.
Dr Ottah gave the message in a tweet on his X handle just after the ruling by the Supreme Court which dismissed all appeals against Governor Ododo by the Social Democratic Candidate, Alhaji Muritala Yakubu.
Dr Ottah, a Mass Communication scholar, public speaker and Senior Academic at Prince Abubakar Audu University, Anyigba, said the affirmation of Governor Ododo had brought to an end the distraction that accompanied the governorship contest after the election on 11 November, 2023.
He said time had come for all hands to be on the deck for the development of Kogi State.
While congratulating the State Governor, Dr Ottah prayed for wisdom and guidance with which he (the Governor) would pilot the affairs of the state.
