Nigeria/Russia Parliamentary Group Chairman and Lokoja/Kogi Federal Constituency Reps Member, Hon. Shaba Ibrahim has congratulated the traditional council institution in Lokoja/Kogi Federal Constituency on the recent upgrade of the stool of some of the kings. Very specially he felicitated with Ohinoyi of Girinya, Alh momoh Gomina Ganaguda (Okoro), who is now a first class traditional ruler; Ohinoyi of Gegu, Alh muhammad Abbah (Nyiwo), who is now a first class traditional ruler; Ohinoyi of Nyaba, Rtd Gen. AB Monmoh, who is now a Second class traditional ruler, and Aguma of Tawari, Alh. Idris Tawari, who is now a Second class traditional ruler.
“In a very special way I am a witness to the fact that you have been working very hard as a traditional ruler, and that the efforts of yours are largely what have ensured that peace reigns in your community. I am proud of your efforts which have as well made community development a priority. Your words of advice as an elderstatesman, on constituency development, have been very helpful and insightful. I wish you more years on the throne and more wisdom from God who is the King of kings, to continue to give your best to your community and the constituency in general as a traditional ruler and custodian of our cultural values as a people. Amin.” Hon. Shaba Ibrahim noted in his congratulatory message to the traditional rulers.
