The Kogi State Project Coordinator Agro-Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscapes (ACReSAL) in Kogi State, Chief Barr. Ladi Jatto, OON has sent a message of congratulations to Hon. Promise Emmanuel on his appointment as Senior Special Assistant on Cyber Security.
