Senior Special Assistant (SSA) Corporate Social Responsibility has sent a message of appreciation to Gov Usman Ahmed Ododo over his recent appointment.
In a statement issued to Newsmen in Lokoja, Hon. Sunday Paul said ‘ I’m pleased and accept the announcement of my appointment as the Senior Special Assistant on Corporate Social Responsibility to the Executive Governor of Kogi State.
With depth of gratitude, I want to thank His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Kogi State; Alh. Ododo Ahmed for the unparallel opportunity to serve in his administration. I count it a strong privilege and assure that I will do my best.
It is indeed a call to a greater service, particularly geared towards galvanising the people to embrace corporate social responsibilities as a way of life and to complement the efforts of the present administration.
My appointment into such office did not come as a surprise as the government of Alh. Ododo Ahmed Usman has demonstrated the spirit of rewarding loyalty since the inception of his government, considering his many policies that he has initiated that have helped better the lives of the people.
My appreciation also goes to others who supported in pushing for my appointment.
I promise to utilise this office to initiate programs and policies that would improve on the lives of the people of Kogi State, as I’m confident that it would be a new dawn in Kogi State.
As I join the helms of Alh. Ododo’s government, I am aware of the imperativeness of ensuring a more productive working relationship, and I pledge to make Governor Ododo Ahmed Usman and the people of Kogi State proud.
