The State Project Coordinator of Kogi RAAMP Engr. Sheidu Obansa Adamu has congratulated the Governor – elect for the state, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo on his electoral victory.
In a statement in Lokoja, the Engr. Obansa described the newly elected Governor as a man capable of bringing positive development to the state across all sectors in view of his track record as a seasoned administrator.
The project Coordinator who expressed gratitude to Governor Yahaya Bello and the electorates for a peaceful electioneering process described the victory of Usman Ododo as victory for all Kogites and stressed the need for the Governor- Elect to ensure he justifies the support of the people across the state by coming up with policies and programmes that will further strengthen good governance of the state.
Engr. Obansa who called on the people of the state to give their maximum support to the Governor-Elect, also urged the co-contestants in the just concluded governorship election to close ranks and rally round Alhaji Ododo for the benefit of the entire citizenry.
The Project Coordinator noted that the task of building a united Kogi is onerous and assured that RAAMP would serve as one of the catalysts to achieve the needs of the rural dwellers.
