Senate Leadership, Senator Karimi Reaffirm Support for Tinubu at Eid, Renewed Hope Anniversary Celebration

The leadership of the 10th Senate, alongside the Senator representing Kogi West Senatorial District, Sunday Steve Karimi, has reaffirmed its commitment to supporting the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the successful implementation of the Renewed Hope Agenda.
The Senate delegation, led by Senate President Godswill Obot Akpabio, Deputy Senate President Barau Jibrin, Senate Leader Opeyemi Bamidele, Senator Karimi and other distinguished senators, joined President Tinubu in celebrating Eid-el-Kabir and the third anniversary of the administration’s Renewed Hope Agenda.
The event also marked President Tinubu’s emergence as the presidential candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), highlighting the party’s unity and commitment to national development.
Speaking at the occasion, participants emphasized the cordial relationship between the executive and legislative arms of government, noting that such cooperation has been instrumental in advancing policies and programmes aimed at improving the welfare of Nigerians.
They stressed that the continued collaboration between the Presidency and the National Assembly reflects a shared determination to deliver good governance, strengthen democratic institutions and promote sustainable development across the country.
Senator Karimi and other lawmakers reiterated their resolve to support legislative initiatives that align with the Renewed Hope Agenda, while pledging to work tirelessly for the progress of the APC ahead of future elections.
The gathering attracted senior government officials, lawmakers, party leaders and supporters from across the country who joined in celebrating the Eid festivities and reflecting on the achievements of the Tinubu administration over the past three years.
