… Describes His Death As Great Loss, Condoles Family

The Senator, Representing Kogi West Senatorial District, Sen. Sunday Karimi has expressed grief and sorrow over the death of Kogi former commissioner for Special Duties, Ismail Adesayo Yahaya who died Monday evening in Lokoja.

Sen. Karimi described the untimely passing away of the former Commissioner as not only tragic but an immense loss to Ijumu and Okun nation.

He extended his heartfelt condolences to the immediate family of the departed, as well as to the People of Ijumu LGA, lamenting the unfortunate demise of a young and vibrant man whose love for his people was unparalleled.

In his condolence message, Karimi said Ismail’s life, though short, yet he made his own mark in his own little way; and he will be seriously missed.

He described Ismail as a politician who embodies a spectrum of virtues crucial for effective governance as a political player.

“He inspired many especially the young folks even as he prioritised the well-being of his people over personal interests.

“Ismail’s significant contributions to community development deserves admiration and earn the respect of many.” Sen. Karimi urged his wife, children and extended family to take solace in the exemplary life and tremendous impact he made on humanity.
