
…. As Executive Secretary KOSODA Mulls More International Partnership.

The Kogi State office For Disability Affairs, says it doors are open for collaboration and partnership with organizations that would guarantee inclusion and empowerment for Persons with Disabilities.

The Executive Secretary, Kogi State Office For Disability Affairs, Barr. Zacchaeus Dare Michael, made the disclosure when he received in his office, the Project Manager Save The Children International, Mr. Samuel Etukudoh.
The Save The Children International was in the State to give relief materials to 97 PWDs affected by the recent flooding that ravaged the State as part of activities to mark the International Disability Day Celebration.
The KOSODA Executive Secretary, praised Save The Children International for being part of the challenges posed by the flood on PWDs, prayed for expansion for the organization.
Barr. Dare used the opportunity to call on more international organization to give more support to KOSODA, pointing out that the Agency’s doors are wide open for partnership.
In a remarks, the State project manager, Save the children International, Mr. Samuel Etukudoh, said as part of the activities to mark the International Day for Disability in the State, they have come to give succour to PWDs affected by the recent flooding.
The State Project Manager praised Gov. Bello for his attention to PWDs, described his love for them as unprecedented, lauded the efforts of the Executive Secretary in the repositioning of the office for Disability Affairs for greater efficiency and service delivery to PWDs.
