The management of Salem wisdom school, led by the principal visits the Honourable Commissioner of Finance,Budget and Economic Planning,Kogi State, Mukadam Asiwaju Asiru Idris,FCA to present an award of Excellence owing to his impactful leadership style, of which the citadel of learning is a beneficiary in many ways.
The principal, who is the leader of the delegation spoke eloquently about the selflessness and altruistic leadership style of the Honourable Commissioner, especially his love and passion for educational advancement, saying Salem wisdom school International can’t thank him enough for his various interventions in meeting the teaching and learning needs of students.
In his words” I just need to mention just few of his kind gesture to the school, includes provision of motorised borehole which has drastically stemmed the acute scarcity of water within the school environment. He had added spices to our sporting activities by donating a table tennis stand and it accessories, till now, the pupils are everly grateful for such gift”.
Again, Hon. Asiwaju Aisru Idris,FCA is a man of his words, unlike other politicians that lacks modicum of integrity and trust. The spoke person said, we have come to appreciate him for his exceptional support to the school, though not enough, but it’s a validation that he cares about the children’s academic pursuit, further reiterate his passion for Education, appreciate little we are doing in Salem wisdom school and his general love for humanity.
Asiwaju in his response, appreciate their visit, most especially the award, saying he will rather see the award as a motivating factor to do more, rather than an achievement. He however urged the school management to continually raise the bar of her Educational services, both in learning and character.
Furthermore, you must also make it an imperative quest, to always advance the educational curriculum to meet global standards, in terms of shaping their focus and sharpening their knowledge into the ICT world, Artificial intelligence and robotics, because that’s the direction the world is headed. He promised that Government, as led by Governor Yahaya Bello will continually make available an atmosphere for partnership because Education is one of the thematic point of the New Direction administration.
I thank you once again, and I want to assure you, your visit and this lofty award will never be taken for granted…. Continue reading
