Rogan of Eggan, Aguye, KGHA Speaker, Commissioner for water Resources Others Attend Bala Salisu’s Wife Fada’u In Lokoja
It was a gathering of traditional Rulers, lawmakers includes, member representing Lokoja /Kogi federal Constituency,Hon. Danladi Sulaiman Aguye,Speaker Kogi state House of assembly, Rt. Hon Aliyu Umar Yusuf, Commissioner for water Resources, Engineer Muhammad Danladi Yahaya Farouk and politicians in kogi state Saturday attended the Fida’u Prayer for late Hajiya Aisha Mojisola Bala Salisu, wife of chieftain of APC.
His Royal Highness,Rogan of eggan, Alhaji Hassan Umar,who represented Maigari of Lokoja, Alhaji Ibrahim Gambo Kabir Maikarfi 1V, led the pack of Traditional Title holders and dignitaries that attended fidau prayer for the repose of the soul of Hajiya Aisha, which took place at Madabo Quater’s, Lokoja Kogi state.
Hajiya Aisha died last Saturday at age of 50 after a protracted illness and buried in Sokoto same day.
The Fida’u Prayer was led by the chief Imam of Lokoja, Sheikh Muhammadu Aminu Sha’aban who was supported by eminent Scholars including the chief Imam of unguwan Kura juma’a mosque, Sheikh Abubakar Adamu among others.
Imam Sha’aban who extolled the virtues of the deceased prayed Allah to forgive and grant her eternal rest.
He charged the children of the deceased to sustain her legacies of good neighbourliness and friendly disposition to family members.
Sha’aban reminded Muslims Ummah, husband of the deceased and his children of God’s commandment that they should take good care of their parents, dead or alive.
He admonished children to remember their dead parents through acts of charity and kindness to the needy.
