… Appreciates quality of ongoing work
The ongoing remodeling of the Kogi State State Specialist Hospital and Building of a New Administrative Block by the Kogi State Government has been praised.
The Chairman, House Committee on Works and Housing, Hon. Kilani Olomo, gave the praised during the House Committee’s oversight function to the Specialists Hospital today.
The Chairman urged the Contractor to work to specifications and ensure that the job is delivered on time.
The Committee Chairman equally lauded the efforts of the Commissioner for Works and Housing, Engr Abubakar Ohere for the monitoring of the work to ensure compliance, urged for strict monitoring.
Speaking at the visit,
the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Works and Housing, TPL Ramatu Baba, who represented the Commissioner appreciated Gov. Yahaya Bello for the release of funds, also lauded the capacity the Commissioner for Works for his effective monitoring of the project work.
Speaking at the visit, Ibrahim Mohammed, the Supervising Contractor, assured of a timely completion of the project and to be delivered with specifications and on time.
