RCCG Kogi Province 3 Members Protests Killing of Deborah Samuel


 

The Members of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Kogi Province 3 Lokoja, have joined in the protests against the killing of Deborah Samuel who was gruesomely murdered in Sokoto.

 

Deborah Samuel, a student of Shehu Shagari College of Education, Sokoto, died following a mob killing over allegations of blasphemy.

 

The members of the Church, who converged at Zion Parish, headquarters of the Province, in a peaceful protest as directed by the Christian Association of Nigeria staged a peaceful rally today.

The members carried placards with various inscriptions such as; ” No killings in the name of God”, ” Let’s live together in peace”, ” Let’s be our brothers keeper”, ” God is watching”, condemned the killings and called for justice for late Deborah Samuel.

The protests Thenigerianpost gathered is taking place simultaneously in all the churches across the country as directed by CAN.
