Ramadan! Ramadan!! Ramadan!!! On behalf of the National Youth Council of Nigeria Kogi State Council we enjoin all Muslim youths in the state to see this month of Ramadan as a period to renew their faith through strict fasting, fervent prayers, reading of the Quran, spiritual meditation and charitable deeds as all these actions reflect the core values of Islam – peace, mercy, compassion and respect for others. They should also see it as a time to deepen their spiritual growth, strengthen their faith and gain a renewed appreciation for life. They should always remember that their is a blessing of forgiveness and favor for all who observe this compulsory annual spiritual fasting meant for cleansing of sins and rebirth. Our sincere prayer and wishes from National Youth Council of Nigeria Kogi State Council for our Muslim youths is that Allah will grant you the good health to observe the fasting and reward you with the blessings of this month. You are equally called upon to use this period of sober reflection to remember the need to pray for the emergence of an enigmatic visionary youthful personality to lead our great nation in the next political dispensation come 2023 general elections as you join hand’s to pray for the electoral victory of His Excellency, Alh. Yahaya Adoza Bello, Executive Governor of Kogi State in the journey of his Presidential ambition. Wishing you all a peaceful and blessed Ramadan. Com.
