The Managing Director of Lounge 1, Lokoja, Hon. Paul Ukwenya has sent greetings to Muslim faithfuls in Kogi State on this year’s Ramadan.
The MD in a statement enjoined Muslims to use the holy month for prayers and intercession for the country and Kogi State in particular.
He described Ramadan as a period for Muslims to fast and pray for the progress and unity of the state, assuring that the prayers of the faithfuls would no doubt help the nation overcome its challenges.
He described the challenge of insecurity that is bedeviling the country as one that calls for serious intercession, assured that with commitment by all the challenges would be a thing of the past.
While wishing the Muslim brothers a successful Ramadan, Hon. Paul Ukwenya concluded by asking for greater prayers for leaders at all levels, prayed God to harken to the prayers of all Muslim faithfuls in this fasting time.
He prayed for spiritual growth, strength and a renewed commitment to service to the nation and humanity in general.
