The general public is hereby put on notice to desist from using the Okun Radio or Okun TV either alone, in conjunction with other names or in any other form whatsoever. This is because Okun TV and Okun Radio is the registered trademark of the Idera Okun Initiative.
The continued use of the names above is an infringement of the brand and rights of the Idera Okun Initiative.
Note that failure to desist from the use of this name is legally redressable and all monies generated from the use of the name shall be legally claimed by the Idera Okun Initiative.
