Prophetess Chinyere Bags Humanitarian Service Award

The Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Princess Wisdom Socour Foundation, Prophetess Joy Chinyere, has been honored with the Humanitarian Achievement and Outreach Foundation’s Award in recognition of her selfless service to humanity.
The conferment ceremony, held at the prestigious Nicon Luxury Hotel, Abuja, on Friday, August 22, 2025, was graced by family members, friends, and well-wishers, making it a truly colorful and memorable social affair.
Reacting to the honor, Prophetess Chinyere described the award as a mark of recognition for her contributions to the spiritual growth of Nigerians through healings and deliverance, as well as her extensive humanitarian services.
“This award will spur me to do more. Helping the needy—especially widows, orphans, and indigents—has been my passion over the years. My nature is my nature; I will not change. My nature is to touch humanity positively, and that is who I am,” she said.
She further explained that her passion for alleviating the plight of the less privileged motivated her to establish a hospital aimed at addressing medical cases that are often misinterpreted as spiritual problems due to ignorance or financial hardship.
“Some persons might be suffering from malaria caused by mosquito bites, but due to financial lack, they could easily be deceived to term such as a spiritual problem. This informed my decision to establish the hospital,” Prophetess Chinyere added.
Earlier in his remarks, the Coordinator of the Humanitarian Award, Magazine and Summit, noted that Prophetess Chinyere and other awardees were carefully scrutinized and selected from hundreds of nominees. He emphasized that all recipients were deserving of the honor, considering the significant impact they have made in their communities and across the nation.
