Victoria Hauwa Ibrahim is from Okene, had her early education in the northern city of Bauchi, where she was born.
She bagged her first degree (B.Sc.) in Economics from the University of Abuja.
She proceeded to the United Kingdom where she earned MSc. In Political Economy from the prestigious University of Essex.
She also has a Certificate in Public Policy Economics from the University of Oxford.
She is today a Phd Holder.
