The People with disabilities in Kogi State have endorsed the aspiration of Mr Emmanuel Adukwu Bob, an Aspirant for Kogi State House of Assembly.
Mr. Emmanuel Adukwu Bob is seeking to represent the people of Ankpa 1 Constituency in the next House of Assembly on the platform of the APC.
In a statement issued by Hon Ibrahim Daniel Arome, Chairman, Kogi State Office for Disability Board, urged Gov. Yahaya Bello to support and endorsed the aspiration of Mr. Emmanuel.
The Chairman of the Board notes that the aspiration of Mr. Emmanuel represents the yearning and aspiration of People with disabilities.
According to the statement, if elected Mr. Emmanuel would represent People with disabilities in the Assembly and to serve as their voice.
Aside going to Chair the House Committee of People with disabilities, he would help interface with the Office For the Disability to ensure that issues relating to the PWD is addressed.
The Chairman made a passionate appeal to Gov. Bello to support his aspiration and endorse his aspiration, pointing out that it would go a long way in giving the PWD a sense of belonging.
The Chairman described Mr. Emmanuel as capable and having the capacity to offer quality representation if elected, called for the support of Gov. Yahaya Bello to his aspiration.
