She pointed out that the State Government through the Kogi State Agro-Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscapes (ACReSAL) Project says it is working tirelessly to complete the initial channeling and gully stabilization in Kabba, while also ensuring the design for the additional works that will address some of the affected areas is ready for clearance and implementation.

Project Coordinator, Kogi ACReSAL made the disclosure in a statement following the devastation caused by recent flood in Kabba.
“I urge everyone to remain patient and cooperative as we work towards a better future.
In the meantime, I advise community members to be cautious and stay away from the constructed channels until they’re completed and fenced. We believe the end of this intervention will bring relief and enhance livelihoods in this community’.
