The Onu Igala, Otto Awori Local Council Development Authority (LCDA) and the Chairman, Igala traditional medicine practitioners ,Lagos state, Doctor Ibrahim Amodu has congratulated the newly coronated Attah Igala ,His Royal Majesty, Mathew Alhaji Opaluwa .
Doctor Ibrahim Amodu gave his congratulatory message at the Attah Igala’s Palace, Idah recently during the rounding off of coronation rites that heralded the installation of His Royal Majesty, Matthew Alhaji Opaluwa as the Attah of Igala kingdom.
Chief Ibrahim Amodu who expressed his satisfaction on the return of Attah from hunting expedition, called on the people of Igala kingdom to extend their support to the Monarch to enable him succeed in the task of moving Igala kingdom to a laudable height
The Onu Igala Otto Awori further called on Attah Igala to do his best that was possible to bring unity and progress to Igala kingdom, lamenting that the level of disunity, acrimony and Pull Him Down(PHD) syndrom was alarming amongst the Igala people and prayed that those who wished Igala kingdom well would prosper and benefit from the land of Ayegba OMA Idoko and those who were against the progress and unity of the land would be cursed, even as he prayed for lifetime partner for Igala sons and daughters.
He appealed to Gabaidu to advice the youth ,most especially the politicians to eschew political thuggery and violence which has engulfed the Igala kingdom in recent time,adding that such practice is antithetical to peace,unity and development.
In another development, Chief Ibrahim Amodu reiterated his irrevocable commitment towards ensuring that Igala sons and daughters in Otto Awori remain united and cohabit harmoniously amongst themselves and other ethnic nationalities as they pursue their daily endeavours.
