OJN Foundation collaborate Kogi State July Kings & Queens Foundation Visits Stagi Cornerstone Orphanage.
Visiting Stagi Cornerstone Orphanage in Lokoja was a profound experience for me and the OJN Foundation team, who collaborated with the Kogi State July Kings & Queens Foundation to spread love and joy to the children. As someone born in July, I felt a special connection to the foundation’s mission, and this visit was a meaningful way to celebrate.
The orphanage visit was both exciting and emotional. Seeing the smiles on the children’s faces as we shared love and gifts was truly uplifting. However, it also brought to light the harsh realities some children face, and I couldn’t help but reflect on the circumstances that might have led them to the orphanage. The experience was a poignant reminder that life’s circumstances can be unpredictable, and many children are left without parental care due to abandonment, loss, or other challenging situations.
This visit reinforced the importance of supporting vulnerable children and highlighted the value of kindness and generosity. When interacting with the children, I realized that even small gestures can significantly impact their lives. The experience also underscored the need for continued support and care for orphanages, whether through donations, volunteering, or spreading awareness.
