OHERE RECEIVES ROYAL ENDORSEMENT FROM PROMINENT IHIMA MONARCHS

Ahead of the 2023 Senatorial election, the foremost candidate Engr Abubakar Sadiku Ohere of the All Progressives Congress APC has received royal blessings and endorsement from two prominent traditional fathers in Ihima.

Engr Ohere paid a scheduled visit to the monarchs as part of his consultative engagements in the company of the Kogi central campaign DG Alh Abubakar Adagu, professor Solomon Avidime, Chairman Ohere political Vanguard, Engr Wahab Jimoh, Alh Wasiu, Alhaji Babua and a host of others

Eng Ohere informed the monarchs that it becomes very necessary to come to their palaces for royal blessing as the custom demands. Adding that because his candidature is a good brand of the new direction government of his Excellency Alh Yahaya Adoza Bello, prominent sons and daughters of Ihima are in his campaign train playing active roles.

Engr Ohere told the royal Highnesses that the new direction government has done so well for the traditional institutions across the central senatorial zone by the deserved elevations in the traditional stools, the reconstruction of the Ohinoyi’s palace, building of the reference hospital in Okene, various road constructions, establishment of the CUSTECH university in Osara, the reconstruction of technical school Oboroke amongst others, and as such, the government and his candidacy and other APC candidates across kogi central deserve to be supported.

The Obobanyi Ohionwa HRH Dr Ahmed Eneji Jimoh described the incoming Senator as a man of goodwill, integrity and a go getter who has done creditably well. The royal father thanked the party for choosing Engr Ohere as the senatorial candidate and also choosing Hon Idris Ozi Shuaibu and Hon Zakari Otokiti as House of Representatives and House of Assembly candidates respectively. He assured that his blessings are with him and that he has his support and that of all his kinsmen.

At Obeiba, HRH Mr Samuel Rufus Onimisi The Obobanyi of Ihima from Emani extraction also prayed for the success of Engr Ohere and assured him of his full support. “No one will come across your rich profile from the Ministry of Mines and Solid Minerals, Abuja to Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs down to your immediate engagement with Ministry for Works and Housing that will not reckon with your hardwork and sterling performances, as a matter of fact, you’re the fulcrum of this government’s achievements. You’ll hear terrible stories, lies and all sorts but once I say yes, it’s indeed a yes and long ago you earned my full YES on this cause,” HRH reiterated.
