By joshua Odogbe Community Extends Gratitude to Rt. Hon. Leke Abejide For ₦10m Donation.
The Odogbe Community Development Association, OCDA, on behalf of the good people of Odogbe, Isanlu in Yagba East LGA, has expressed deep appreciation to Rt. Hon. Elder Leke Abejide, Member representing Yagba Federal Constituency in the National Assembly, Abuja, for his magnanimous donation of Ten Million Naira (₦10,000,000) to the community through the Leke Abejide Foundation.
In a letter of appreciation signed by Revd. Seth Gbadebo, National President; Oba Rev. Aina Charles Abraham Abidemi JP, National Secretary; and HRH Oba Omobola Thomas, the Olumayegun of Odogbe, the community described the gesture as “unprecedented magnanimity” consistent with the lawmaker’s track record of interventions across Yagba Federal Constituency.
The community eulogized Rt. Hon. Abejide as a rare breed politician with human kindness, noting that his commitment to grassroots development goes beyond politics.
According to OCDA, the donation will be judiciously used for projects that directly improve the lives of residents and strengthen the community’s growth.
“We cannot thank you enough. It is our pledge that the donation will be judiciously used. We also pledge our support for all your political ambitions,” the statement read.
Rt. Hon. Leke Abejide has continued to set himself apart through direct interventions in education, healthcare, infrastructure and empowerment, earning him the trust and admiration of constituents across Yagba East, Yagba West and Mopa-Muro LGAs.
Odogbe Community reaffirmed its solidarity with the lawmaker and prayed for continued strength and wisdom as he serves the people.
