Ahead of the October 2026 Local Government Council Election in Kogi State, Comrade AA Karlmax, the Lokoja LGA Coordinator of the Native Boy Care Initiative and a loyalist of the Hon. Commissioner for Solid Minerals and Natural Resources, Engr. Abubakar Bashir Gegu, has donated campaign materials to the Chairmanship Candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lokoja LGA, Hon. Abdulrahman Hussein (Gentle).
The campaign materials comprising over 100 branded T-shirts and face caps were presented to the candidate at Lokoja to strengthen grassroots mobilization and enhance the APC’s campaign outreach.
Presenting the items, Comrade AA Karlmax said the donation was his modest contribution towards ensuring a resounding victory for the APC in Lokoja Local Government and across the 21 LGAs of Kogi State.
He noted that the performance of the APC government at both the national and state levels provides a solid basis for campaign.
In his words:
“I, Comrade AA Karlmax, sincerely commend His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, for his courageous reforms and his commitment to repositioning Nigeria through the Renewed Hope Agend. I also commend His Excellency, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, the Executive Governor of Kogi State, for his humane, focused and people-oriented leadership which has continued to bring development to all parts of the state. I must also commend my leader and principal, Engr. Abubakar Bashir Gegu, Hon. Commissioner for Solid Minerals and Natural Resources, for his steadfast loyalty to the APC, his total support for the administration of Governor Ododo, and his consistent empowerment of youths and grassroots party faithful through the Native Boy Care Initiative.”
Comrade Karlmax urged all members of the APC in Lokoja LGA to remain united and work assiduously for the victory of Hon. Abdulrahman Hussein (Gentle) and all councillorship candidates of the party.
Receiving the materials, Hon. Abdulrahman Hussein (Gentle) thanked Comrade AA Karlmax and the Native Boy Care Initiative for the support, describing the gesture as timely and commendable. He assured that the items would be deployed effectively for a landslide victory for the APC in the October polls.
