As the 2021 Batch C Stream1 Orientation exercise starts in Kogi Camp, the screening and testing which are the conditions that allow participants to be admitted into the camp have started.
The over 1500 Batch C National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members deployed to Kogi state, have commenced their 21 days orientation camp activities in Asaya.
The State Coordinator NYSC Kogi State, Mrs Mofoluwaso Adebimpe Williams displayed high sense of leadership by example by being the first to be screened and tested. Other camp officials, Marketers and the few Prospective Corps Members that arrived were equally screened and tested.
The camp participants were fully prepared abiding the rules and regulations of the camp and ensuring sustenance of Covid safety measures of regular use of the facemask, washing of hands under running water, use of alcohol based sanitiser, and observing social distancing among other things which as mitigated the risk of transmission in the camp, thereby keeping participants safe.
Various Camp registration processes and Security authorities have been put in place for the necessary machinery for smooth registration/camp activities. They are at their various designated points to see through the stages of registration.
