Nwifuru’s Wife Mourns Death Of Ebonyi Ex PDP Governorship Aspirant

The wife of Ebonyi State Governor Chief (Mrs) Mary Maudline Nwifuru has commiserated with the family of Princess Ann Nwayibuife Agom-Eze over the abrupt demise of her dear husband Prince Samuel Ogbu Agom-Eze.

Agom-Eze, the former Governorship aspirant under the platform of peoples Democratic party (PDP) in 2015 general elections in Ebonyi State joined his ancestors after a brief illness

 

Mrs Nwifuru conveyed her consolation message during a condolence visit to the family on Friday in Abakaliki, the State capital.

The first lady who described the death of late Agom-Eze as a colossal loss not only to the family but Ebonyi State at large, enjoined the bereved family to take solace in God in view of the fact that the deceased lived a fulfilled life while on earth and be consoled by the legacies he left behind.

The Governor’s wife who observed that death is an inevitable end of life and debt every mortal must pay one day, encouraged the deceased family not to cry hopelessly but keep their hope alive while praying God Almighty to give the family the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss.
She also prayed God to accept the deceased soul in his bosom.

According to her, “the bible said we should not cry like thou we don’t have hope, God is your hope. Ebonyi State State Government will always be there for you. Your husband has contributed so much to the society, we can’t live you and your family alone”

“We all are on this together, it is your loss and it is our loss. Accept our condolences on behalf of women and Ebonyi State Government”

On behalf of the family, Hon. Eze Nwankwo expressed sadness over the sudden demise of their son, late Samuel Agom-Eze appreciated the Governor’s wife for identifying with them at the time of grief. He noted that her visit has rekindled the hope of the family, adding that Late Samuel Agom-Eze died exactly one year of the death of their late father HRH Eze Dr. Agom-Eze

Mrs Nwifuru was accompanied to the visit by female political office holders among others.
