NUT Commiserates with Kogi State Accountant General over the death of his mother.


 

Nigeria Union Of Teachers NUT Kogi State wing has expressed its heat-felt sympathy and condolence to the Accountant General of the State, Alhaji Jibrin Momoh on the death of his beloved mother and the matriarch of Momoh family,late hajiya Hajara Momoh,who passed on at the fruitful age of 78 years

In a condolence message which was personally signed by the State Chairman of the Union,Comrade (Elder), Joel Salifu in Lokoja,said he received the passage of the septuagenarian Mother of the Accountant General of Kogi State with rude shock, disbelieve and deep grief.

Comrade Joel Salifu described her death as a sad observing that the experience of losing a mother cannot be explained describing the death of the matriarch of Momoh family as one death too many as it can be painful.

The State NUT leader urged the bereaved family of the Accountant General of the state to take solace in the good life lived by their departed matriarch.

Comrade Joel Salifu however expressed happiness that Mama lived a very fulfilled , true example of a virtuous woman , lamenting that her passage is coming at a time that her prayer and wise counsel for the growth and development of the state would have been most needed.

He described the late matriarch of Momoh family as prayerful,a devoted Muslim whose love for humanity and the less privileged remain unequalled and praised her for raising her children to become useful and responsible contributors to the society noting that the life of the State Accountant General is an eloquent testament that Mama raised her children morally and in the way of the Lord.

Comrade Joel Salifu prayed God(SWT) to grant the soul of Hajiya Hajara Momoh internal rest and the family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
