The New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) Niger state chapter says it will assist it Members who were involved in a ghashly motor accident while coming back from unvailing of the Vice president candidate of the in Abuja last week.
The state Chairman Hon Damisa disclosed this in an interview in his office recently.
He mentioned that it has become necessary for the party to assist the accident victims in treatment and the deceased families shall equally be assisted with little finance to take care of their immediate needs.
The chairman Hon Damisa disclosed that in the accident which occured along Lambata/Bida when they lose two Local goverment Party Chairmen,Gbako youth leader and driver in the accident.
He mentioned the names of the Chairmen who died in the accident as, the Chairman of Agaie local government,Alhaji Mohammed Ibrahim,the chairman of Katcha local government,Alhaji Baba Usman, the Yourth leader of Gbako local government and personal driver of the Gubernotorial Candidate of the party.
He said that those who sustained injury in the accident are,the Party Chairmen of Gbako,Lapai and Edati local government areas.
The state Chairman Hon Damisa prayed Allah in his infinite mercy grant the departed souls eternal rest and the families the fortitude to bear this lose.
The Chairman then directed the Vice Chairmen of the deceased persons in the accident to take charge of the affairs of the local government in Acting capacity pending when substantive election will be conducted to fil inl the vaccum left.
