
NIPR Kogi State Chapter Revival Gains Momentum as Interim Team is Announced.

In a significant development, the Interim Chairman of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) Kogi State Chapter, Ismaila Isah, has announced a 12-member interim team to spearhead the revival of the chapter.
The team, comprising professionals from diverse backgrounds, will lead the engagement with the national executive council ahead of the conduct of a chapter election in March 2026.
The announcement was made in a letter addressed to professional colleagues, expressing gratitude for their interest in reviving the chapter. The interim team includes:
1. Chairman: Ismaila Isah
2. Vice Chairman: Tade Oshaloto
3. Secretary: Mike Abuh
4. Assistant Secretary/ICT Officer: Yabagi Mohammed
5. Public Relations Officer: Bishop Aturu
6. Welfare Officer: Nwankwo Daniel
7. Treasurer: Yemi Balogun
8. Financial Secretary: Khadijat Abubakar
9. Internal Auditor: Tairu Momoh

The team is expected to work closely with members to ensure a successful visit by the national executive council in March 2026, marking the official restart of the chapter’s activities after a period of inactivity.
