
The has distributed Starters Packs to Participants of Women
The Managing Director of the Nigerian Gas Marketing Company limited,, Barrister Justin U Ezeala made the remark during the formal handover of Starter Packs to women skills aquisition to the host communities in North Operations in Lokoja.
Barrister Justin Ezeala said the NNPC with the mandate to market and distribute natural gas for domestic consumption and regional export of gas distribution network spans Five hundred and fourty kilometers with over One hundred and twenty host communities in seven states of the federation have benefited as part of its commitment to promote Nigeria economic growth.
According to him, as a responsible and responsive organization , efforts would continue to be on top gear to building a strong and long term relationship with the host communities.
It will be recalled that participants have attended skills training workshop organized some months back and trained in different vocations such as fashion and design, Catering, Hear- Dressing and Make up Artistry.
He added that a total of Forty Women between the age bracket of 20- 40 years were selected from communities by their community leader’s and trained.
The Managing Director appealed to the beneficiary to make the best possible use the materials provided to financially empower themselves to better better their future endeavors.
He commended the traditional Rulers, community leader’s and participants for their patience and understanding as it has further strengthened the existing cordial relationship with NGMC and it’s host communities.
The Managing Director solicit for maximum cooperation and support in the maintenance of Peace to support the business growth and aspirations for the benefit of the communities and Nigerians in general.
