The president has nominated an allied of the present Anthony general and Minister’s of justice malami Shehu.
Bawa The nominated chairman of the EFCC is a closed allied of mr. mallami the minister of justice, From the same state and has personal relationship, the questions is knowing fully that Antony general of the federation is a politician and was known to have intervain in many national issue illegally based on interest, how far can the new EFCC boss fight the political allied of the Antony general without conflict of interest?
Why would the president accept the nomination of an interested party that’s known to have credibility issue danted on his person in the case of maina and mangu to mention but few.
Nigerians is watching and waiting to see the beginning and the end of this conspiracy.
We want to be optimistic that Bawa might want to do his job but we also understood very well that the Antony general shall frequently interfere with the EFCC because of interest.
Senate is expected to put all of this into consideration and do the needful before another scandal engulf Nigeria anti corruption fight.
As I speak Magu investigation has not been made public and Nigerians had waited for so long but justice salami’s report has been swept under the carpet.
It’s sad that nigeria is deficit in leadership and need a turn of events by progressive minded youths coming together to move nigeria to a better place with complete different ideologies.
