New year message: Edo deputy Speaker congratulates govt, constituents
The Deputy Speaker of Edo state House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. (Mrs.) Maria Omozele Oligbi-Edeko Esq has congratulated Edo State Government led by Governor Godwin Obaseki, People of Esan North-East Local Government Area and Edo people on the occasion of the New Year celebration
Edeko in a New Year Message, urged Edo people and her constituents to be hopeful adding that, the new year will usher in prosperity as the governor continues to tackle the challenges facing the state.
According to her, the state government was committed to making life better and more prosperous for all Edo people.
“We will continue to ensure that the Eight assembly enact people’s oriented laws that will provide a legal framework for the state government to finish well and strong.
“I want to assure my constituents and all Edo people that in 2024, laws that will deliver more good governance and dividends of democracy that they voted for, would be our priority.
