New VC Prof. Ogbo Takes the Helm at Prince Abubakar Audu University
Prof. Salisu Ogbo Usman has officially taken over as Vice-Chancellor of Prince Abubakar Audu University, Anyigba, with a warm welcome from staff and students.
Outgoing VC Prof. Marietu Tenuche Ohunene handed over, highlighting her achievements, including laying a solid foundation for academic and infrastructure growth, and securing full accreditation for all academic programs.
She welcomed Prof. Usman, praising his excellence, expressing confidence in his leadership.
Prof. Usman thanked Gov. Usman Ahmed Ododo for the appointment and former Gov. Yahaya Bello for his support, promising to build on Prof. Tenuche’s legacy.
He described Prof. Tenuche as a force to be reckoned with in administration and academia.
