The National Youth Council Okehi LGA Coordinator, Comr. Sunday Adavoze David, has sent a message of felicitations to Okehi Chairman Elect, Hon. Amoka Eneji Monday Odu on his election as the Executive Chairman of the Okehi Local Government.

In a heartfelt message, the Coordinator congratulated the newly elected Chairman and his Vice, Halimat Abdulwahab for their impressive victory under the All Progressive Congress (APC) banner.

The Coordinator praised their dedication to public service, highlighting that their election reflects the trust and confidence the Local Government has placed in their leadership abilities.

He said as they assume their new roles, urged them to swiftly address pressing issues such as insecurity and youth unemployment, which requires immediate action.

According to the statement issued to Newsmen, he said,
“Organizing skills acquisition training programs will be essential in empowering the Youth and providing them with opportunities to succeed,” the Coordinator stated, emphasizing the importance of a proactive approach in making a positive impact on the lives of many.

Additionally, the Coordinator extended his congratulations to the Executive Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo, for overseeing a seamless and peaceful Local Government Election process, commending his leadership for setting a high standard for future electoral endeavors in the state.

The Coordinator concluded with a call for collective efforts towards a brighter future for Okehi and Kogi State, focusing on fostering growth, security, and opportunities for all citizens.

He wished the newly elected officials the best as they embark on this important journey, urging that the Youths played a very key roles in their emergence, as such must be carried along through the National Youth Council of Nigeria, Okehi Local Government Chapter.
