The Honourable Commissioner for Finance, Budget and Economic Planning, Kogi State, Mukadam Asiwaju Asiru Idris, FCA, has congratulated an illustrious son of Isanlu in Yagba East Local Government Area, CP Afolabi Wilfred Olutokunbo, on his appointment as the new Commissioner of Police, Abia State Command.
In a congratulatory message, Asiru Idris described the appointment as a well-deserved recognition of CP Afolabi’s wealth of experience, professionalism, dedication and unwavering commitment to national service.
The Kogi State Commissioner, who is also a respected son of Isanlu, expressed confidence that the new Abia State Commissioner of Police would bring his wealth of experience and proven leadership qualities to bear in his new assignment.
He prayed that God would grant CP Afolabi the wisdom, courage, strength and discernment required to effectively discharge the responsibilities of his office, while leading with integrity and distinction.
