The Honourable commissioner of Finance, Budget and Economic planning, who doubles as an illustrious son of Okun land has congratulated the re-elected President of Okun Development Association, Barrister Femi Mokikan on his victory at the poll, saying it’s a well deserved election based on his stellar performance in the first term.
Asiwaju in his congratulatory message to the President, said that coventionally, profound performance will always attract the love and support of the people, which will instigate a continuity call from the beneficiary of such feat. The reelection of Barrister Femi Mokikan is an eloquent attestation to his impactful leadership as demostrated in the first term, which engendered massive Socio-cultural re-engineering in ODA and reinvigoration of sense of purpose in all Okun aboriginal.
Mukadam notes that the Okun Development Association and Okun nation at large has witnessed an unprecedented narrative change with his uncommon wisdom, exemplary leadership style and enthusiastic drive to see a greater Okun race. Today, we now have a purposeful and Vibrant Okun Development Association that’s has returned the values, identity, traditional and cultural heritage of the land. Baba has shown himself to be a game changer and a lover Okun nation.
In his words, “The reward for good work is more work, hence, I will urge Barrister Femi Mokikan and his Executive members to continually pilot the affairs of the Association with renewed devotion, greater vigour and untainted commitment, as we all desire to see a united and greater Okun nation”. I can always attest to the leadership foresight and visionary disposition of Barrister Femi Mokikan to up the ante in the development quest of okun land, Asiwaju stated.
He heartily congrulates Baba on his reelection and I prayed God Almighty will work with him to have an indelible mark and leave a legacy that will outlive his existence.
