MAAI Network Organises One Day Training For MSMEs Owners in Kogi, To Present Cheques to Selected Beneficiaries.

 

The MAAI Network, has organized a one day lecture aimed at empowering owners of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Kogi State.

The one day program was organized for business owners on Access to Finance and Business Growth Strategies.

The MAAI Network’s MSME Support Grant Initiative was designed to foster economic growth and development in Kogi State by providing support to MSMEs.

The MAAI Network is an initiative of Hon. Asiwaju Asiru Idris, the Kogi State Commissioner For Finance, Budget and Economic Planning.

This is with bid to support the growth and development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the State.

The MAAI Network, program held in collaboration and support for the Governor Ododo’s administration, has the theme: “Access to Finance, Financial Planning, and Management Strategies for Business Growth,”

The objective of the program educate MSME owners on access to finance and financial planning;
– Equip MSME owners with financial management and strategy skills
– Provide a platform for networking and collaboration among MSME owners and industry experts

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Ayopemi Ayowande, on behalf of MAAI Network, said the program aim to equip MSME owners with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the challenges of finance and strategy.

The lecture program featured esteemed resource persons from the Bank of Industry (BOI) KEDA, as well as renowned business tycoons, who shared their expertise and experiences on financial planning, management, and strategy.

Similarly, the event provided an invaluable opportunity for MSME owners to learn from industry experts and network with peers.

The various lectures speakers provided crucial component of initiatives, in providing MSME owners with the tools and knowledge necessary to access finance, manage their businesses effectively, and develop strategies for growth.

In a lead presentation, the resource person, Olufemi Adoga,
Resource Person, urged the MSMEs operators to see the program as one that is geared towards sustainable future for their businesses beyond, just making handouts for daily living.

The event targeted audience such as
– MSME owners and operators
– Entrepreneurs
– Small business owners
– people interested in business growth and development.

The MAAI Network is a platform dedicated to empowering MSMEs and fostering economic growth and development in Kogi State.

Through its MSME Support Grant Initiative, the network aims to provide support to MSMEs and equip them with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed.

The MAAI Network initiative program will be rounded up tomorrow with the presentation of cheques to selected MSMEs operators who were trained at the one day program.
