The Executive Chairman of Lokoja Local Government Area, Comrade Abdullahi Adamu, has congratulated Senator Sunday Steve Karimi on his victory at the Kogi West Senatorial Primary Election Appeals.
In a congratulatory message, Comrade Adamu said the outcome reflects the confidence party members have in the Senator’s leadership, commitment to public service, and dedication to the progress of Kogi West and Kogi State.
“As you begin this next phase, I pray Almighty God grants you wisdom, strength, and good health to continue serving with distinction,” the Chairman stated. “I am confident that your experience and passion for the welfare of our people will translate to even greater results for our state and nation.”
Comrade Adamu also commended Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo and former Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello for what he described as their steady, fatherly role in keeping the All Progressives Congress, APC, united despite competing interests.
He urged other aspirants to close ranks and rally behind the party’s flagbearer to deliver a landslide victory for all APC candidates in the forthcoming elections, as well as the re-election of Governor Ododo in November 2027.
The Council Boss wished Senator Karimi success in the general election and expressed confidence in his continued contributions to the growth and prosperity of Kogi West, Kogi State, and Nigeria.
