The Northern Ladies Network, has sent a message of felicitations to the people of Lokoja on this years celebration of Boat Regetta Festival.
The Northern Ladies Network in a statement issued by Hajia Ramatu Mohammed, described the festival as ” Our Tradition Our Heritage! said Lokoja Sons and Daughters we are One”.
The Northern Ladies Network wished the people a happy celebration, urged them to use the festival to reflect on using tourism in improving lives of women in the area.
The Network congratulated HRH Dr. Mohammed Kabir Maikafi, the Maigarin Lokoja and the people of Lokoja on the occasion.
