LOKOJA 1 HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY SEAT: WARD A APC STAKEHOLDERS DRUM SUPPORT FOR GODDEY BASSEY.
Ward A, Lokoja – In a show of solidarity and determination, the people of Ward A have thrown their weight behind Goddey Bassey, signaling a strong bid for the Lokoja 1 House of Assembly seat in the 2027 elections.
At an enlarged stakeholders meeting, held at Clazzy Hotel, various speakers from the All Progressives Congress (APC) lauded Bassey’s exceptional leadership qualities, describing him as a “round peg in a round hole”.
Speakers at the meeting, said after the representation of late Hon. Mustapha Alladey, emphasized that 2027 is the turn of Ward A.
They disclosed that the turn of Ward A has come to produce an Assembly member, adding that Dr. Goddey is the ideal candidate to take the seat. They praised his commitment to making a positive impact and his people-centered approach to politics.
In his response, Goddey Bassey, promised to justify the confidence reposed in him, assuring the people that his aspiration is driven by a desire to serve and make a difference.
He thanked the gathering for their support, pledging to work tirelessly for the betterment of Lokoja 1.
The meeting resolved to urge the APC to zone the Assembly seat to Ward A, with Bassey as their candidate.
