The Lagos Icons Lions is set to install Lion George Tanimowo as it’s sixth President
A statement issued on Wednesday by the club’s Chairperson, Marketing and Communications , Lion (Dr) Akeem Olayinka-Martins noted that the President alongside other principal officers of the club would be inaugurated on Saturday, 6th November 2021at the Lagos Country Club, Ikeja, Lagos
According to him, the event will also include fund raising activities and raffle draw aimed at raising funds to execute it’s various projects.
Lion George Tanimowo is a popular Tourism Consultant and a philanthropist of note who has made great mpact in the club and the society at large and this will remain his cardinal objective during his tenure and even beyond.
Lion (Dr) Akeem Olayinka-Martins called for the support of members of the public, corporate organisations and public spirited individuals to assist the club to realise it’s objectives of lending a helping hand to the society.
Lion club is a none profit service oriented organisation.
