It is must unfortunate that a presidential spokes man as Garba Shehu can misapply a constitutional provision and yet got a support from Bala Muhammed, of Bauch State as Governor exerting that the any cattle breeder can stay in any part of Nigeria as citizens of Nigeria, without reminding Nigerians farmers that Allah Created Man to eat crops and animals to eat grass, and who now is a transgressor, between a trespasser and a tress owner?
