Kogi Women Commissioner hails Peaceful APC ward congress in Lokoja LGA.


 

The Kogi State Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Development, Hon. Fatiba Kabir Buba has lauded members of the All Progressive Congress (APC) for their peaceful conducts in Saturday’s ward congress held in Lokoja Local Government.

Buba, in a statement she personally signed on Monday said the peaceful ward congress is a clear attestation that APC is a united family who is ready to accommodate progressive minds that would key into the vision of the present administration.

She stressed further that the members of the party in Lokoja Local Government yielded to the directive of Governor Bello on affirmative ward congress.

The Commissioner hinged the peaceful ward congress in the State to the exemplary leadership demonstrated by Governor Yahaya Bello adding that the present administration has continued to carry all individuals along for a better Kogi State.

According to the Commissioner, Kogi will continue to set pace for other to follow ahead of the 2023 general election.

She also reminded Kogites to always pray for the Presidential ambition of Governor Bello noting that Nigeria needs a leader like him consolidate on the achievement of President Muhammadu Buhari.

“Our ward congress was a huge success all thanks to our amiable Governor Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello who wants the best for our party APC. Am using this medium to appeal to the executive to galvanize more support for our party as we get set for 2023 election.

” Governor Bello has changed the mindset of people in Nigeria about governance with his tremendous achievement since he assumed office in 2016. We need him to do more that is why we want him to take over from President Muhammadu Bubari. With Governor Bello, Nigeria is in safe hand”she stated.
