
The APC Flagbearer for Kogi West Senatorial district, Hon. Sunday Steve Karimi has again
promise to redefine representation in the West Senatorial district through qualitative, fair and equitable representation and empowerment.

The APC flagbearer made the disclosure when he paid a courtesy visit to Secretary to Kogi State government , Dr. Ayoade Folashade Arike to share thoughts on how to improve on the successes of the All Progressives Congress, APC in the stayte.
Hon. Sunday Karimi and his team used the medium to officially appreciate and thank the Secretary to Kogi State government for the beautiful role she played towards his emergence as party Flagbearer and solicited for her continue Support.
Hon. Sunday Karimi and other leaders in the entourage who took turns to speak, commended the party stakeholders for their faith and resilience in promoting the party in their wards and units, while suing for continued support and unity among members to victoriously prosecute the task of delivering the party candidates across all elective positions in the 2023 general elections.
“Recall that our party primary for Senatorial seats was held on June 2022 across the country. In that family contest, you worked tirelessly for the unity of the party and my emergence as our party candidate in the forthcoming 2023 National Assembly election. This visit is to formally extend my heartfelt appreciation to you all for your goodwill in making my emergence possible.
“I am a child of equity having secured the overwhelming support of all to secure this ticket. So, by your actions, you validated my bid through trust in my capacity to drive purposeful representation for the good of our people. God bless you richly.
“In the build up to the primary, I consulted with all of you and made promises to redefine representation in our Senatorial district through qualitative, fair and equitable representation and empowerment. Today, I reiterate my commitment to that promise.
“Significantly, I also wish to seek your continued support in actualizing the task of delivering our great party APC in next year’s election. As the engine room of our politics, the units and the wards are saddled with the responsibility of producing the votes needed for a victorious outing at the polls. Therefore, we must all unite to put in the work needed to achieve success”, Honourable Sunday Karimi said.
Meanwhile, Dr. Ayoade Folashade Arike in her remarks, assured members of the All Progressives Congress in Kogi State that the party is poised to secure total victory in next year’s election. She called on party faithful to commit to delivering the party across all elective positions, noting that there is a need to be intentional in sustaining the peace and unity of the party.
“Let me assure you that the APC, more than ever before, is poised to retain power at the Federal and State level and to Build A New NIGERIA FOR ALL NIGERIANS. I implore everyone, therefore, to return to their units and do the work needed to achieve this resolve. Let us continue to sustain the unity of the party, she charged.
