Kogi West Bassa Political Forum Pays Familarization Visit To Lokoja Local Government Chairman, Hon. Comr Abdullahi Adamu

 

The leadership of Kogi West Bassa Political Forum led by its Chairman, Hon Adakeke Ndazhaga Micheal, who doubles as the Ward Special Assistant (WSA) to the workaholic Governor of Kogi State, the Chief Servant, His Excellency Alh.Ahmed Usman Ododo today paid a familarization visit to lokoja local government Chairman Hon. Comr Abdullahi Adamu.

 

 

During the visit, the chairman of the forum Hon Adakeke applauded the APC led administration in kogi state under governor Ahmed Usman Ododo and Lokoja local government, under comr Abdullahi Adamu.

 

Hon Adakeke further express readiness of Bassa extraction in kogi west to canvass, support and ensure the victory of APC in all the forthcoming elections in Kogi State.

 

Hon Adakeke went further to introduce the Bassa political forum executives in Lokoja local government to the Lokoja LGA Council Chairman, appealed to the chairman for all inclusive governance by taking Bassa people into cognisant in all his policies, political appointment and empowerment.

He said, ” I can not take my seat without recognizing my leader, our leader the man of all in Lokoja/koto,by extension kogi west and kogi state in general high chief Abubakar Bashir Gegu commissioner for Solid Minerals and Natural Resources for always being there for us at all time”.

Hon Ahmed Jigo while lending his voice, assured the chairman of the total support from Bassa extraction in Lokoja local government, kogi west and kogi state in general.

Similarly, the Bassa market women leader who was the wife of late Gimba Isaac Chabani former kogi local government chairman, Mrs Chabani Gadaga emphasized the need for government recognition for Bassa market women in Lokoja in terms of business empowerment.

The woman leader of the forum who also double as the WSA to kogi state governor, Hon Sarah kure, spoke extensively on women inclusiveness in government.

The Executive Chairman of Lokoja local government in his remarks thanked the delegation for their visit, assured them of working relationship and inclusivity, described the administration of Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo as a government of the youth, the women, the children, the downtrodden and the elderly, expressed his readiness to replicate the gesture he added.

The forum visit was issued by Salihu Shilatu, Media aide to the forum Chairman.

The Forum is powered by Engr Abubakar Bashir Gegu Commissioner for Solid Minerals and Natural Resources, Kogi State.
