KOGI WEST APC PRIMARY: THE MANDATE OF THE PEOPLE CANNOT BE OVERRULED
On the 18th of May, 2026, the Kogi West APC Primary was CONDUCTED across the Seven Local Government Areas in accordance with the rules and guidelines of our great party.
Party members freely exercised their democratic rights, and the outcome reflected the collective will of party members across the senatorial district as Distinguished Senator Sunday Karimi was declared the winner.
No individual declaration, FORGERY political MANEUVER after the election can substitute for the lawful votes cast by party members.
Democracy is founded on due process, transparency, and respect for the wishes of the people.
We remain confident that the truth will prevail and that the integrity of the electoral process within our party will be upheld.
Our commitment has always been to the people of Kogi West Senatorial District, whose overwhelming support continues to inspire our movement for progress, justice, and inclusive development.
We urge all our supporters to remain calm, peaceful, and steadfast. We must continue to place our faith in the party’s constitutional processes and the institutions responsible for ensuring that justice is done.
The mandate freely given to Distinguished Senator Sunday Karimi by the people is sacred, and together we will protect it.
