Kogi Water Resources Commissioner Sends Birthday Message to HRH Maigari of Lokoja, Alhaji Ibrahim Gambo Kabir Maikarfi IV.
The Kogi State Commissioner For Water Resources, Engr. Yahaya MD Farouk, has sent a message of felicitations to the Maigari of Lokoja, Alhaji Ibrahim Gambo Kabir Maikarfi IV, on the auspicious occasion of his birthday.
