Kogi State Government Congratulates Omeiza Asmawu on Prestigious Appointment as Nigerian Country Head, Young Women of Africa

 

 

The Kogi State Government has extended its warmest congratulations to Comrade Omeiza Asmawu on her remarkable appointment as Nigerian Country Head and Coordinator of Young Women of Africa. This achievement is a testament to her exceptional leadership and dedication to empowering women and youth.

Honourable Monday Anyebe, Commissioner for Youth and Sport Development, conveyed the congratulatory message when he hosted Comrade Asmawu in his office. He expressed joy and pride, stating that this appointment brings honor and benefits to both Kogi State and Nigeria.

Commissioner Anyebe encouraged Comrade Asmawu to serve as a shining ambassador for Kogi State, assuring her of the state government’s unwavering support.

Honourable Oladele John Nihi, Special Adviser on Youth and Student Matters to the Governor of Kogi State, also congratulated Comrade Asmawu. He pledged his support and collaboration, welcoming her to her continental assignment. As Vice President of West Africa at the Pan-African Youth Union, Honourable Nihi acknowledged the significance of Comrade Asmawu’s role.
