The Nigeria Immigration Service, Kogi State Command says it is resolved to enhancing a seamless regular migration in the State.

The Acting Kogi State Comptroller of Immigration, G. A. Akinlolu DCI, made the disclosure after a road walk to celebrate the 60 years anniversary of the Nigeria Immigration Service.
The Acting Comptroller assured that no stone would be left unturned in ensuring that measures are put in place to ensure seamless entry and exit within the confines of laws for Migration.

The Acting Comptroller assured that seamless measures have been put in place by the Command for people seeking to travel out or live in the State, to get required documents, said soon as the required documents needed are presented by those seeking passport, they would be granted the approval.

The Acting Comptroller cautioned citizens of the State against patronizing touts in acquiring passport and other traveling documents, assured that the Command is resolved to say no human trafficking and child labour.

The Acting State Comptroller praised the leadership of the Acting Comptroller General of Immigration, Adepoju Carol Wura-Ola, lauded his vision to reposition the immigration services, described the Nigeria Immigration Service at 60 as meeting the objectives for it establishment.
Highlights of the 60 years anniversary celebration of Nigeria Immigration Service by the Kogi State Command was a road walk, cutting of the anniversary cake amongst other line up of activities.
