Kogi State Chapter Middle Belt Forum Inaugurated, Lauds Gov. Ododo’s Inclusive Leadership Style.

 

The Kogi State Executive Committee, Middle Belt Forum, have been inaugurated with Mr. David Ehimony as the Chairman.

In his remarks, the
President, Middle Belt Forum, Dr. Pogu Bitrus, represented by the Vice President, Mal. Idi Waziri, described Kogi State as very unique and key to the development of the middle belt.

 

The MBF President lauded Gov Usman Ahmed Ododo for making the region proud, expressed optimism that with the new Executives in the State, the forum will speak with one voice on issues that would place the region’s interest as topmost priority.

The President tasked the newly inaugurated Executives to strive towards ensuring that future generation from the region sustain their culture and tradition.

In his post acceptance speech, Mr. David Ehimony, promised to sustain the struggle for the emancipation of the Middle Belt region and to ensure that it voice is heard.

Mr. Ehimony assured that Kogi State will be in the vanguard for ensuring that the Middle Belt occupies it rightful place in the scheme of socio economic development.
